It is National Rum Day – Let’s all drink some rum

Looks like it’s national rum day in the States… And guess who’s rum they’re drinking?
As it is National Rum Day I thought I would talk about Rum. I recently received a sampling of Mount Gay Eclipse Rums. All I can say is Wow! After trying these rums, I did some research and came up with a couple interesting facts about Mount Gay. Most of the following is directly from Mount Gay, but I am in agreement with their tasting notes. They also say it more eloquently than I would…LOL
